Dig into their reasons for buying from you repeatedly, what you do well that they wish you did more of, ask for ideas and honest feedback for improvement, and more. Give it a shot!

- Yotpo releasing a subscription app vs. Recharge
- Attentive launching their own email product vs. Klaviyo
- And the list goes on
At what point do our technology partners stop playing nice with each other and don’t integrate anymore, essentially forcing us to choose between one or the other?
It will be an interesting showdown. We always choose to go with the best-in-class solutions in each category vs. an all-in-one platform, so it’s something I’m watching closely.
